Edit wiki page Throws 500 error, when create and link to a (new) page wiki create page start and ends with '-'

Please read this!

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click "wikis" under project repository

  2. Create wiki with "Table of Content" as below ex: * Testing

  3. After that page link generate as like "Testing"

  4. Click on "Testing"

  5. Now it navigates to URL like as below "https://gitlab.com///wikis/-Testing-" CREATE1

  6. Edit the page and add some content to it then SAVE the page.

  7. Content is updated and in respective page.

  8. Now edit again wiki add some more content to it then click "SAVE" create

(How one can reproduce the issue - this is very important)

What is the current bug behavior?

Receiving 500 error

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should throw 500 as a error message or response
