Configurable default view of Repository
Problem to solve
Gitlab has been evolved, not only just as a Source Version Management tool, more to a CI/CD tools and Integration tools. Considering that, showing the default view of repository content as the default view while opening a repo page is not appropriate.
Many times, many of my repositories are just created to handle the CI/CD pipelines, the user is more like to see the pipelines rather than the code(Just because the code is not directly committed by any person, rather automatically committed using GitOps models of CI/CD)
I want the default repo page to be the Pipeline
page or Jobs
page for selected repositories or All the repositories under a project.
It will be a good feature to allow the user to override the default page of a repository, to switch different tabs or pages.

Proposal
A new settings option on the General Settings, For the home view of the Repo, Which will show all the possible options, And a generic setting per project or subproject, which applies to all the repositories under it.
