Allow "Mirrored from" text to be turned off

Summary

Right now, LabCoat is doing mirroring to and from GitHub, for users that wish to contribute on there. https://gitlab.com/Commit451/LabCoat When you visit the page for LabCoat here on GitLab.com, it states that it is "Mirrored from https://github.com/Commit451/LabCoat.git." While this is somewhat true, I believe this should be an optional label on a project, because in reality, LabCoat's main site is on GitLab.com and not GitHub, as this label implies.

This label is added once you set up mirroring.

I think that this label should be removable.
