cannot bold a Persian word in issues description
Summary
Using Markdown to bold a Persian word (Perso-Arabic script) but it does not work. It is properly shown in the Preview but as the text is saved, it reverts back to the non-bold version.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new issue with Persian title and Persian text.
- Save the issue
- Now edit the issue to change a word to bold.

What is the current bug behavior?
It does not make the word bold.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The word should be seen bold.

این issue رو ایجاد کردم تا به عنوان یه meta issue باشه، یعنی جایی باشه برای جمعآوری issueهایی که مربوط به serve بهتر وبگاه با استفاده از Tor Browserاست. که شامل موردهای زیر میشه: وابسته نبودن به
وبگاههای 3rd-party مثل گوگل و cloudflare۲. قابل دسترس بودن وبگاه هنگامی که NoScript فعال است
