Create a linter/job to fail when config files are added in EE and not in CE
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
Recently a config file was changed in EE and the change was not ported to CE, causing unnecessary conflicts - https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/commit/9a4424985828fe74b246ece2d4ac9345001899aa
We need to teach maintainers to check for these changes and raise awareness, but it would be better if we add a job in CI or a linter failing.
