Docs feedback: Update path regarding 12.x not up-to-date

Looking at Updating Gitlab I can see version 12.5.8 is mentioned as a special version. Currently it's not even in repositories such as omnibus - for Ubuntu. Therefore I guess it should be changed. What I don't know if the proper one will be 12.5.9 or 12.6.0, or any of the other subsequent existing ones.

But 12.5.8, for sure, is a no-way.
