Geo E2E tests failed during secondary node upgrade during 12.6.x. to 12.7.x Geo HA upgrade

This pipeline was triggered after the primary Geo cluster was updated and before the secondary cluster update steps were started. This issue is to review the pipeline job artifacts and upgrade video (https://youtu.be/mozlmqTptvU) to see if we can understand why the failures happened.
