Geo: Maintenace mode design

I would like to hear your feedback!

Based on the design process that I had, we are on the design review stage. And the current design is at the intermediate-state.

The targeted use case and users

Expectations

All components and patterns were derived from the Pajamas. :)

So, please provide feedback focusing on the user flow. And you can leave your comment as a reply corresponding to the feedback metrics. You don't need to write down for every metric.

High-fidelity prototype

Iteration 1

  • The maintenance mode is under Admin area > Settings > General
  • And Sidney can set up the dates for the maintenance mode.
  • If Sidney put the deployed page message, it will appear on the template html. (template design is not yet here)
  • The deployed page will lock out regular users.

  • Sidney can now select other options to allow a regular user to read the contents.

  • Sidney can choose specific user groups to have both read and write operations.

Next step

Based on your feedback, I will improve the design. And then, I would involve users and gathering their feedback.
