Collapsed sidebar nearly overlaps user preferences

Summary

When you go to your preferences and collapse the sidebar, the text on the left side of the preferences page is very close to the sidebar.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to your user preference page, doesn't matter what section of your preferences.
2. Collapse the sidebar

What is the current bug behavior?

The text on the left side is up against the side of the sidebar, and it makes the text hard to read.

What is the expected correct behavior?

There should be some spacing so that you are able to read what the page says.
