Group share dialogue is shown for project despite of "Share with group lock" in group settings

Steps to reproduce

1. check "Share with group lock" in group settings
2. check "Member lock" in group settings
3. goto a-project / settings / members
4. "Select a group to share with" is visible

The headline "You can add a new member to breazyCore or share it with another group." is wrong if "Share with group lock" of "Member lock" is checked.
