Provide link to inspect .gitlab-ci.yml from job/pipeline view

Problem

Currently, when inspecting a pipeline, you'll have to figure out what the .gitlab-ci.yml is by digging it up yourself in the repo view with the correct settings, or perhaps in the artefacts. However this blueprint of a pipeline and its jobs should be easily accessible in order to check if it was correct when running the pipeline. (For example you might have commented out part of it, when WIP).
