Email notification from triggers var after pipeline fails

Background:
I'm trying to obtain emails notification to user pipeline from trigger var after gitlab pipline fail
Now when i trigger pipline and it fails my notification emails goes to trigger token owner - it has no value for me
When I trigger repository pipline from other repository I want to send email notification to user that is in Trigger variables:
