Missing Branch list pagination

Summary

Branch list does not display pagination links after update to 9.0
We can still search for the branches though.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Update GitLab to 9.0
  2. Go to the branch list of a project
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page

What is the current bug behavior?

The pagination is missing at the bottom of the screen.

What is the expected correct behavior?

There should be a pagination to allow navigation through the branches (247 on GitLab EE right now for example).
