Boards closed issues have random sort order

Description

When an issue is closed (eg via commit message (eg closes #... etc...) they appear in a random order (or an undetermined order) in the closed issues list)

Proposal

Closed issues in the closed issues list should by default appear in the order they are closed (recent-> old) so that recently closed issues can be found at the top of the closed list.

This would make it easy to confirm that an issue has just been closed correctly and to quickly review what has been closed recently.
