Users Have the Option to Select From Groups of Approvers on a Merge Request

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
  1. Project admin creates multiple approval rules based on Groups. (Currently this is possible).
  2. User create a merge request.
  3. User gets prompted for merge request and gets prompted to pick which approval rule to use.

• Currently GitLab the "Overriding merge request approvals" default settings feature but this still enforces one group as the approver.
