Designs: Show Designs in a Browser Extension (MVC)
Problem to solve
It's difficult to find the Designs when you're evaluating front end code. How can we enable the Designs to be viewed in a browser extension and go more MVC instead of relying on Review Apps?

This Issue came about from @pedroms comment on the Problem Validation Issue.
This contributes to the greater problem we found of it not being easy to compare the Engineer's work to the Design and the back and forth of Developer/Designer Workflow 2.
Further details
Creating a browser extension allows us to move forward with the our users without relying on the Review App to gain adoption. We will pursue this as an add-on and enable us to move forward without it.
Proposal
- Create a Browser Extension that pulls down Designs available for review similar to the browser extensions in this competitive analysis doc
- Allow overlay, left, right
- Eventually visually commenting but that is another issue after we break this down
Execution of the research
- Demo'd a Plugin called PixelParallel for Google Chrome
- Showed how to overlay and opacity for alignment
- Showed how to use grid and rulers
5 GitLab Product Designers and did not have to worry about pixel-perfect work were interviewed.

We're going to close and not proceed with this feature until we have visual designers we can re-test with.
