Show diff of build artifacts in "Merge Request" and "Compare"

Description

In order to better review a change, it would be great if Gitlab's "Merge Request" and "Compare" screens would show both versions' build artifacts, when those exist.

Proposal

Given a Job saves screenshot_a.png and screenshot_b.png as build artifacts
When I open a "Merge Request" or "Compare"
Then I see both versions' screenshot_a.png and screenshot_b.png, inline or side by side

Overview

This feature would make reviewing Merge Requests and comparing versions easier and less error-prone by making differences between versions more easily accessible to reviewers.
