Allow creation of Subgroups under a User Space/Path

Description

It is not possible to create Subgroups under a User space (path gitlab.com/[user name]/). I want to organize the projects I create under my user space. Using subgroups for this purpose would be convenient and seems logical.

Proposal

Please allow the creation of Subgroups under a User Space/Path.

To manage easily the projects created under their user space.

What is the underlying (business) problem?
Projects created under user path cannot be organized.

How do you use this feature?
When creating a Subgroup, you will be able to create it under your User Path.

Who is this for? Provide one or more use cases.

It will be useful for everyone creating new prototype projects under their User Path. They can then organize those projects in a rational way.
