Increase font size for Menu dropdown in global nav

Problem to solve

The menu has a font-size: 12px and a font-weight: 600 which makes it difficult to read. Additionally, it's not consistent with the sizing of the items in the left sidebar.

Proposal

Update app/assets/stylesheets/framework/header.scss for .navbar-nav > li > a > button

font-size: 12px.875rem;
font-weight: 600$gl-font-weight-normal;
