Change `Rename` to `Rename/Move` in Web IDE Dropdown

Problem

The Rename terminology in the Web IDE is consistent with other IDE's in how they handle both renaming files and moving files. However, this terminology is confusing to non-technical users as traditional apps usually have an explicit Move option.

Proposal

The text of the drop down should be changed to Rename/Move to make it clearer that the option can be used for both purposes.
