Slack notifications - specify a time where Webhook is disabled

I was thinking its quite long winded to have to turn off the active checkbox every time i decide to do some midnight coding to stop bombarding the team with notifications, i think it would be great to add a feature to disable after 5pm and weekends, the standard work hours.

Thoughts?
