Customized notifications for optional MR approvers
Problem to solve
When users are part of a group of MR approvers that does not require one or more approvals, they are notified and emailed just the same as requisite approvers. This creates inbox friction for non-required approvers and can cause delays in cycle time if required approvers mistakenly disregard a call-to-action.
Some way of providing a notification level preference or easily-filtered-upon email characteristic for approvers without a blocking call-to-action
