Mentions based on group, project and issue

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Currently i see @all is implemented which takes users from projects and groups too. Which sometime at some issues are not required. Like i have an issue with 15 users, project with 20 users and group with 30 users. I want to mention only the current participants of the issue with something like @all-here instead of @all.

I could not find any document if it's already there.

Proposal:

Mentions based on group, project and issue levels.
Group : @all
Project : @all-project
Current issue : @all-here
