Research & document current group management experience
The purpose of this issue is to research the current admin experience when it comes to managing multiple groups and how an admin goes about doing the following core tasks as outlined in the parent issue here.
Core tasks:
- Viewing all groups and their associated tier levels
- Adding colleagues to a group
- Upgrading a specific group
- Understanding what paid features non-admin users are interested in using
- Viewing pending invite emails sent to colleagues but not yet been accepted
