Trigger CI on Docker image push

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Description

I would propose that one could configure CI to be triggered also on push to Docker registry of the project.

One use case is that we are using GitLab Docker registry so that developers can push their build Docker images into it. We want then to run tests on that Docker image as a whole.
