After removing search tokens, user should be able to continue typing without clicking in search box again

If you search for something in issues/MRs and then delete those search tokens, you have to click within the text field to begin typing a new search term again. If not, you sometimes end up getting directed to a new page via the keyboard shortcuts.

For example:

  • Search label: frontend and hit enter
  • Remove frontend token
  • Immediately start typing i
  • You end up in a new issue page instead of starting a new search query with i
