Document container scanning remediation configuration
Problem to solve
#35433 (closed) added support for remediating vulnerabilities found during a Docker container scan. It also added a new configuration variable DOCKERFILE_PATH which is necessary when using a non-standard Dockerfile location.
The purpose of this issue is to add details to the Container Scanning docs explaining how to use the remediation feature.
The docs should also explain that using GIT_STRATEGY: fetch is required for Dockerfile processing.
