Filter issues by due date

It would be nice if we could not only sort but also filter issues by due date.

Proposal

• Add filtering issues by due date within issue lists and boards with the following operators:
  • is (=)
  • is before (<)
  • is after (>)

• Use calendar for icon
• Use "Due date" for filter name
• Add "is" operator (created and closed use only "is before", "is after", but you may want to filter to a specific due date)

Future consideration

• Filter by calculated dates (-7 days, 5 days, 30 days) with common presets
• Ability to use date picker
• Ability to set date range in one set (MVC can do by adding separate is before and is after)
