Focus mode / fullscreen mode for reading

Description

We have a focus mode / fullscreeen mode / zen mode (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/38857) for writing issues and comments. Especially for large text or images it would be helpful to have it for reading, too.
