The Board List Issuable sidebar and board list settings overlap when both are opened

Problem to solve

When Board List Issuable sidebar is open and a user opens a drawer- the two overlap.

Solution

Only one drawer is able to be open at a time. If a drawer is opened, it closes the sidebar. If a sidebar is open, it closes the drawer. This allows a user to focus on the task at hand.
