Show security reports summary in pipelines' Security Dashboard [parent issue]
Problem to solve
This follows up on the discussion here: #11024 (comment 248785130)
We would like to show a list of resources that were scanned in DAST reports. An initial design was put together but has become outdated because we've started using the security dashboard in pipelines' security reports instead of the previous widget on which the designs relied.
This issue is to come up with a new design that should be based on the current pipelines' security reports view.
Intended users
Proposal
Show notification to the user for successful DAST jobs: user can click on the URL and open dialogue, download it. User can hide notification if needed.

Permissions and Security
Users with permissions to see DAST results are also allowed to see the list of scanned resources.
