Activity menu Team tab dosn't work

Summary

In GitLab CE v9.5.5 the Activity menu Team tab dosn't work. I see some older event, but when I add or remove user to a project/group no new line created.

Steps to reproduce

• add or remove one user to a group or project

What is the current bug behavior?

No new event created at Activity menu Team tab.

What is the expected correct behavior?

One new line in Activity menu Team tab "User joined project"
