Find and Replace functionality in textboxes

Description

I think it would be a nice feature to have find and replace functionality in textboxes - Issue/MR descriptions, comments etc. This can help when we are copy pasting stuff (like logs) from other places and need to do a little text manipulation. I know I often want to do that to remove unnecessary spaces or tabs. Or to remove my username from logs.

Proposal

Add a button that displays a modal with two text fields, just like in the common find and replace dialogs.
