After editing or promoting a label, return to the same labels page

Proposal

Currently, when either

  • promoting labels from project labels to group labels,
  • or editing text, description or color of a label,

after the edition or promotion operation has completed the user will be redirected back to the first page of the project's labels.

This can be frustrating when working through and promoting multiple labels. This may be aided by the proposal gitlab-ce#27031 to enabling filtering labels by name
