Link to notifications settings from email settings

I was trying to figure out how to use a different email address for email notifications while in the Emails settings page:

Maybe somewhere in that block we could link to the Notifications page, where you can actually change your selected email address:

It might be just me who finds it confusing; figured I'd open an issue in case 🤷
