Gitlab Notifications emails

i needs to Enable notifications emails to sends to all members of Groups when Any news Activity . i configure the Gitlab Notification emails and i set the Level of groups and projects but i still didn't able to got the email notifications for Any Events do you have Any Idea about this issues please !!!
