Project info caches owner display name and doesn't update it when changed, leading to a stale title

If you create a project under http://gitlab.com/userid/someproj while your profile info has "User Name" as display name, and then you later change it to just "userid", this isn't reflected in the project title as it's using the cached, old "User Name".

How did I find out? I didn't like that the title of my user profile's projects had "User Name / " as a prefix, while group projects didn't. So I changed my display name to just "userid" (id and name equal), only to realize this isn't reflected in an already existing project's title. The way I fixed it was by deleting and recreating the affected project. Hence, I assume there's persistent caching.

I think there's a caching bug, and whether "userid" should be expanded in the title to "User Name" is debatable. I would prefer it not to expand at all.
