Show GitLab Explore page as default landing page before signin

Description

One of the goals with GitLab is to encourage collaboration and code reuse. Likewise, the GitLab (the product, not to be confused with GitLab.com) default landing page should feature trending projects rather than a boring sign in page.

Proposal

By default show /explore page when user has not yet signed in.
