Remove Timeago It's Super Slow
Time ago uses a lot of render time and is a major part of our JS slowness all over GitLab.
We update a lot of DOM elements and it's super slow.
It's not just the auto updating that takes a lot of time it's the actual initialization that takes way too much time.
It does this over and over again in the initialization.
Why do we need auto updating times in the browser anyway? Can't we just have them as static? The benefit I don't think is great enough? Or can we find a better solution that doesn't do what this does?
renderTimeAgo is the root of the problem.
