Skin tone overlaps next section title (wrestlers)

Summary

In the award emoji picker, the last emojis of the "Activity" section have a skin tone modifier just beneath them, and this skin tone modifier overlaps the title of the next emoji section, in this case, "People".

Steps to reproduce

Go to any issue or MR (for instance this one), click the "Add reaction" button, and scroll to the end of the "Activity" section. Could reproduce on Chrome, but not on Firefox.

What is the current bug behavior?

The skin tone modifier overlaps the title of the next emoji section.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The title of the next section of emoji should not be overlapped.
