Code Split Project Page

Wondering if we can use webpack to code split the project page (/dashboard/projects) to not include any javascript at all except the boostrap dropdown and the sidebar stuff.

Seems like not much JS is needed on that page so we should remove anything not needed.

Seems a little overkill to spending any time parsing or running scripts.
