Switch split dropdown buttons from using a caret to using a chevron

We are moving to using chevrons, isntead of carets within our dropdowns. The split dropdown button currently is using both in different places:

We should update all of these buttons to use the chevron, like the "Merge when pipeline succeeds" button.
