Blame previous revision

Similar to the same functionality available in TortoiseGit, GitHub or IntelliJ.

In the blame mode of the file view, add a link next to each block that redirects to the blame view of the same file but one commit before the one selected.

This would provide a more convenient way of finding the original author of some moved or reformatted code.

This is how GitHub does it.
