Cleanup after GitHub import
Description
I wish to move all my repositories from github to gitlab. The importer is good but (even when it succeeds) there are still several manual steps I must make for each project:
- deleting all the content from the master branch and replacing with a README.md that contains a solitary link to the new gitlab location
- closing issues / projects / wiki / etc from public view (ideally Archiving the project)
- making the gitlab project public if the original github project was public
Proposal
(I'm not sure what to put in the rest of this template)
