New view for the Pipelines page

Description

Thanks to gitlab-ce#34696 we now have a proposal to change the CI/CD > Pipelines page.

This proposal is technically doable with a reasonable effort, but it needs to be refined in order to get its final form.

Get the final conclusions about this page, and see if it is ready to be implemented.
