display gpg signed info on commit system messages

Problem

Currently, system messages mentioning commits do not display if those commits are signed yes or no.

The info should be displayed there, in order to more efficiently know if commits are being signed yes or no.

Proposal

similar to GH this info should be presented in the commit system messages
