Options to sort by weight are not visible on Project Issues page

Description

The Group Issues page provides the options "More Weight" and "Less Weight" in the sorting dropdown. These options are not present on the Project Issues page although they are supported: Adjusting the URL's query params allows you to accomplish sorting by weight.

Proposal

Add these options to the dropdown on the Project Issues page to make sorting by weight easier.
