Unable to edit description of issue containing link

Summary

If the description contains a link attempting to edit it gives an error.

Steps to reproduce

Create an issue containing a https link, then edit the issue trying to change the description text. Either adding text or editing the link with give an 'Error updating issue' when you attempt to save. I haven't seen this error before - it looks like a regression.
