Add Auto DevOps quick start for GitLab on k8s

The new Auto DevOps guide covers setting up a k8s cluster for use with GitLab.com, but we also support Auto DevOps when GitLab itself is running on a k8s cluster. We should make sure that is covered. It's a simpler flow, but should be explicit.
