"New Issue" link in global "+" dropdown in top navigation

Description

Since I need to manage about 20 projects it's very difficult to first find a project and then create a new issue for it.

Proposal

It would be much simpler if there would be a global button to create a new issue. In the list:

there should be a link "New issue" which links to the default new issue site. And then on that site I can select the project for which to create the issue via a dropdown as here:
